Orlando, FL – Vermeer Southeast is proud to announce the promotion of Monte Erritt to Chief People Officer. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades at Vermeer Southeast, Erritt brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the company’s ethos.

Monte Erritt’s journey at Vermeer Southeast started shortly after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa. Over the years, he has held several pivotal positions, including Sales Manager, Director of Sales Training, Regional Manager, and Vice President of Employee Development. In his new role as Chief People Officer, Erritt will oversee all aspects of human resources, focusing particularly on talent management, employee experience, and organizational culture.

“This role is about ensuring we have a clear strategy to support and develop our team.
